Complimentary shuttle service is provided with every online reservation to and from the cruise port.

SHUTTLE INFORMATION:

Shuttle service hours are from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm.

Complimentary shuttles run every hour on the hour starting at 10:00 AM.

*Please wait at the main entrance of parking facility for the shuttle, shuttles are passing by every hour, all vehicles are marked Q&S Parking.

GUESTS RETURNING FROM CRUISE:

Shuttle service hours are from 6:00 am – 11:00 am.

Shuttles run every hour on the hour starting at 6:00 AM.

Shuttles will still pick up past 11:00 AM but can experience heavy delays due to cruisers setting sail.

*(Uber/Lyft are highly recommended options at your own cost if the shuttle wait is too long).

***SVParking will not refund for any Ubers, Lyft’s or taxi’s, those costs will be incurred at your own discretion.***

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

Present your email confirmation to the attendant or have access via a smart device to show the attendant.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your intended shuttle departure time to reach the port in a timely manner.

Your email confirmation and itinerary will be emailed upon completion of the reservation.
